2. Rani Mahal: 

A short walk from Jhansi Fort, Rani Mahal once served as Rani Lakshmi Bai’s residence and now houses stunning Mughal and Maratha architectural styles such as arches, painted ceilings and floral motifs reminiscent of both periods. Now serving as a museum with collections from Chandela Dynasty paintings such as sculptures, coins manuscripts & more on display (Closed on Mondays);

3. Jhansi Museum (Government Museum)

For history lovers, the Government Museum offers an invaluable experience. Showcasing Bundelkhand’s cultural and historical legacy through weapons, manuscripts, coins, terracotta items and dresses dating back to ancient times; weapons on display also include those owned by Rani Lakshmi Bai herself!
